Things to know for your booking at Hotel Weidacherhof & Apartment Haus Sportalm

To ensure that your vacation with us in Leutasch is perfectly planned right from the start, we have put together all the important information for you. Prices

• Prices at the hotel:
  All prices are quoted in euros and are per person and night (except family rooms: here per room).
  You can pay your bill in cash or by EC card before you leave.

• Prices in the Haus Sportalm apartment:
  All prices are in euros and are per apartment and night. We kindly ask you to pay your bill in cash or by EC card.

• Tourist tax
  The local tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per day will be charged separately (not included in the price).

Binding booking

A deposit of € 200 (at Hotel Weidacherhof) or € 300 (at Apartment Haus Sportalm) is required for a binding booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In:
  Your room will be available from 13:30 on the day of arrival. The apartment is available from 14:00.
• Check-Out:
  We kindly ask you to vacate the hotel room and the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
• Arrival should be by 18:30 at the latest – later arrival is only possible by prior arrangement.
• The keys to the apartments are handed over in person at the Sportalm on the day of arrival.

Animals

We ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellation

• The accommodation contract may be terminated by unilateral declaration by the contracting party no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest without payment of a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation by unilateral declaration by the guest is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:
  up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 % of the total package price
  up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the total package price
  in the last week before the date of arrival 90 % of the total package price.

Obstruction of the journey

If you are unable to arrive at the accommodation establishment on the day of arrival because unforeseeable extraordinary circumstances (e.g. extreme snowfall, flooding, etc.) make it impossible for you to arrive, you are not obliged to pay the agreed fee for the days of arrival.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you also take out travel cancellation insurance when you book your vacation. Travel cancellation insurance protects you against the financial consequences if you are unable to take a booked trip for important reasons (e.g. illness, death or accident). If you have taken out the appropriate insurance, it will also cover you if you have to cancel a trip you have already started. Please use the insurance companies’ transfer brochures to take out this type of insurance.
